Big shout out to team Stansted especially Kali. Looked very busy but fridge was well stocked and plenty to choose from. At the till been served by Kali who was calm, polite,quick and ofcourse with the smile. Even though it was busy still been asked about my day and wished a good journey. i know it's just a small talk but it made my day. Thank you

They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during my visit. Tomas greeted me with a warm smile, Evan was super helpful when I had questions about the menu, and Martin made sure the entire place was running smoothly. Their teamwork and professionalism truly stood out, and they made the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by this Itsu location for great food and even better service!
An absolute delight to be served by Kali today!! Service was exceptional and I was told about all the good treats, healthy and delicious meal followed by the best dessert pot. Thank you soo much Kali for the lovely experience!! I’ll most certainly be back soon
Every time when I fly I stop in Itsu , there is a Greek lady Kali who literally always make my day and calms me down before my flight. Thank you Kali for your kind words and friendly chats! Food is superb as well, always fresh and tasty. Wish everyone would have such an amazing food offer and even better hospitality, but for now Itsu is on top of my list!
